COACHING

Church Planter Coaching is a personal, intentional and purposeful relationship between a church planter and a ministry coach that seeks to apply the Gospel to the life and planting strategies of the church planter. Coaching is not a coach telling a planter what to do and how to do it. Rather, a good coach walks alongside a planter through the seasons and cycles of church planting to provide encouragement, advice, resources and connections that help the planter more effectively implement the vision God has given him for the church.  Typically, a church planter and a coach will meet together for at least 90 minutes monthly, preferably face-to-face, in an ongoing conversation about the planter’s life and progress in the ministry.
